Workout of The Day

Here's a Workout of the Day (WOD) consisting of three effective exercises:


Workout of the Day 12/30/2024


1. **Burpees** (3 sets of 10 reps)

- Start in a standing position, drop into a squat with your hands on the ground, kick your feet back into a plank position, do a push-up, return to the squat position, and jump up explosively.


2. **Dumbbell Lunges** (3 sets of 12 reps per leg)

- Stand upright, hold a dumbbell in each hand, take a step forward with one leg, lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle, push back to the starting position, and repeat on the other leg.


3. **Plank Hold** (3 sets of 30-60 seconds)

- Get into a push-up position with your forearms on the ground. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels and hold the position, engaging your core throughout.


Cool Down

- Finish with 5-10 minutes of stretching to relax your muscles.


Feel free to adjust the reps and sets according to your fitness level!
